The moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived! Finally we can take photos while taking videos! How awesome is that? But not only on the IPHONE 5, but also on the Iphone 4s or more so, so long you have the IOS 6. It’s more of a software function rather than a hardware function.

And it has a slightly tall screen! Finally more room to see our facebook and what not!

Iphone 5 release date and rumored features

It is rumored to have a slight bigger screen and also a smaller dock connector….there goes our old chargers…

Iphone 4s draining battery fix

So if you have an Iphone 4s and your battery is draining like crazy, it’s most likely your email accounts. Especially exchange email accounts. And especially if you imported it from 3gs, or other non Iphone 4s Phone.

So simply what you do is delete all exchange or Imap email accounts and recreate them. Careful about deleting pop email accounts because if it’s not setup right, you would lose you messages.

Adjust Locked iPhone’s Ringer Volume

The new IOS causes the volume to be also locked when the iphone screen is in lock mode. A trick to adjust the volume is to wake up the phone, press the emergency button and then adjust the volume. Very neat Iphone trick on locked volume on the iphone.

Iphone 4 siri with apple tv headless mode now works

If you enjoyed streaming from your iphone 4s siri to the apple tv 2 in headless mode (where the apple tv is connected to just an audio device without the hdmi cable), and if you had updated to ver of apple tv of 4.2.2, you would have been disappointed as that breaks the headless mode.

Now with the new update, of apple tv ver 4.3.3, the headless mode works once more! Now you can continue to use your iphone to be a dj and stream audio wirelessly to your audio devices most commonly using a receiver. I use a Yamaha reciever.

Now have fun streaming from your iphone devices, Ipads and even pc and macs to your audio devices using the apple TV.

Iphone 4s Siri HDR mode

So even though this mode exist on the Iphone 4, it works even great on the Iphone 4s. In case you didn’t know turn on the HDR mode of the Iphone’s camera by tapping on options in camera mode.

HDR mode will turn off the flash and take 3 shots or 3 exposures. It will later combine these exposures to make a great pix.

Iphone 4s streams great to apple TV

The iphone 4s or any other iphone streams really well to the apple tv. You could even mirror whatever is on the iphone to the TV. Play music or even better, hook up the apple tv via optical cable to a reciever and play music from your iphone to the loud speakers like a DJ system.

But dont update your apple TV to version 4.4. It will break the “headless” setup. Meaning if you use the apple TV by itself without a tv, just optical cable to play music, it wont work unless you plug in a tv via hdmi cable. Removing the cable after that makes it works.

Call apple support and they agreed it is a bug and they will fix it on the next release.

Iphone Siri new tricks

So ask Siri this: Set timer to 20 minutues and voila! Siri will set you the timer to 20 minutes! Nothing more nothing less. Very cool neat thing. I don’t believe this is documented yet….

So be the first to implement this new command.
